The beautiful structural form of this new bridge over the River blends seamlessly into its city and river valley environments. <br />Cost: $155 M <br />Principal in Charge - HLB Lighting Design provided limited Lighting Design and Consulting Services to Perkins & Will for the Penguin Random <br />House Second Floor Multi-Purpose Room Renovation in New York City. <br />Walterdale Bridge, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada <br />Olentangy Trail Pedestrian Bridge, Columbus, OH <br />Veterans’ Glass City Skyway, Toledo, OH <br />Principal in Charge - HLB worked in a unique collaboration with the Ohio Department of Transportation, the Arts Commission of Greater <br />Toledo, and WSP to revitalize the “Glass City’s” iconic bridge. Inspired by the city’s industrial heritage, the glass-faced tower allows for a variety <br />dynamic lighting shows to illuminate the skyline. <br />Cost: $220 M <br />x <br />x <br />*Note that in 2018 HLB acquired <br />Illumination Arts. <br />2006 2017 <br />Principal In Charge for this signature bridge. HLB provided full design services from conceptual design through construction for the aesthetic <br />and pedestrian path lighting. Custom-designed lighting of the shared use path will be integrated into the railing system to minimize light trespass <br />while providing safe nighttime passage for pedestrians and bicyclists.
