<br />• Constructability Reviews - We will engage our construction engineering team to review the <br />Constructability/60% submittal for construction approach and impacts to key items such as <br />maintenance of traffic, utilities, right-of-way, and public safety. <br />• Quality Control - Our comprehensive quality control and assurance program minimizes plan and <br />specification revisions during construction in-turn minimizing construction change orders. <br />• Post Design Support - Any construction phase related request is prioritized by our staff. We <br />typically respond to RFIs within a day of receipt and our local office staff can be at the project site <br />within an hour. We believe that responsiveness and problem-solving approach reduces <br />construction issues and cost increases. <br />
