<br />Dennis Stanton, SUE Director <br />Dennis has specialized in utility mapping and the protection of subsurface utility systems for 30+ years. He has <br />completed hundreds of projects for different agencies and has supervised 10,000+ test holes and 1,000,000+ <br />utility feet of designating. Dennis pioneered a new 3D test hole report format that is being provided to our <br />clients as a value-added deliverable. As a testament to his experience and commitment, Dennis successfully <br />delivered 25 task work orders (1,500+ test holes) (nearly $750,000) within the first 6 months of a districtwide <br />contract, despite a major hurricane, on time and within budget. <br />Ivan Marti, Senior SUE Technician <br />Ivan specializes in locating and designating subsurface utility systems. He oversees SUE crews across South <br />Florida. Through his experience with SUE work over the last 19 years, he has become intimately familiar with <br />the standards and procedures of FDOT, as well as various local cities, counties, and municipalities. Ivan’s <br />understanding of underground utilities is unmatched, having completed thousands of projects in South Florida. <br />He personally supervises the designation and location of the utilities and is specially trained to operate GPR <br />systems. <br />Antonio Diaz, Senior SUE Technician <br />Antonio has specialized in the location, designation, and protection of subsurface utility systems for the past <br />22 years. He is intimately familiar with the standards and procedures of FDOT and has vast experience on the <br />use of the latest electronic locating and designating equipment. Antonio has completed over 500 projects in <br />Florida. He has established a dynamic communication with most of South Florida’s utility owners’ <br />representatives with whom he meets on project sites to discuss project issues and determine the location of <br />the underground utilities. <br />Osvaldo Sanchez, Lead Utility Coordinator <br />Ozzie has 34 years of experience in utility coordination, having worked at FR Aleman, FP&L, and FDOT. He <br />joined FRA with over 25 years of experience in electrical distribution design and construction. He is a <br />dependable and organized individual possessing strong planning, interpersonal and communication skills. <br /> <br /> <br />E-41
