D-42 RFQ 20-10-01 Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th St. CCNA D Evaluation Criteria Criteria Met Professional Qualifications, the respondent shall be licensed to do business in the State of Florida. Specific project experience relating to bridges, and experience with FDOT. The EAC Team is licensed to do business in the State of Florida. Specific project experience includes FDOT projects that have been included as part of our qualifications package. Our team has previous working relationships with each other and with the FDOT. Most importantly we have the expertise and proven performance providing the services required on this project to the FDOT and other agencies. EAC is FDOT certified to provide Minor to Major Bridge Design in steel, concrete, or segmental concrete - and we have successfully provided these services to the FDOT. Size of workforce, workload and availability of personnel EAC has an average workload and an overall staff of 89 professionals (which includes 28 PEs, 12 EIs and 18 CEI personnel). We have proposed key staff resources that are 100% available for this project. The resources at EAC are more than sufficient to exceed the performance requirements for this contract. Design Approach The Team’s design approach optimizes local construction practices, and efficiency of engineering and funds. Our design showcases the opportunity of this project to bring art, landscape, and infrastructure together in an iconic bridge expression - while serving as a crucial circulation link in the neighborhood.
