D-41 <br />RFQ 20-10-01 Professional Engineering and Architectural Services for Pedestrian Bridge with Park Elements Across A1A at 174th St. CCNA D <br />Design Development and 60% Plans <br />Design Development and 100% Plans <br />100% Construction Plans and Bidding Documents <br />Task 4 <br />Task 5 <br />Task 6 <br />Based on the 30% review comments and direction from the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the EAC Team will further develop the project <br />design. The EAC Team will meet with the City of Sunny Isles Beach staff and discuss the 60% review comments for further design <br />development to be incorporated in 100% design phase. <br />Based on the 60% review comments and direction from the City of Sunny Isles Beach, the EAC Team will finalize the project design. <br />Afterward, the EAC Team will meet with the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s staff to discuss the 100% review comments for final construction <br />plans. The EAC Team will prepare all necessary permit application packages to be provided to all applicable and regulating agencies. <br />The EAC Team will also meet with the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s staff and address any comments needed to obtain approvals from <br />the reviewing agencies. The City of Sunny Isles Beach will be responsible for all permit application fees. <br />The EAC Team will finalize all construction plans and issue <br />signed and sealed plan sets for the City of Sunny Isles Beach’s <br />records. The EAC Team will assist the City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />in preparing close-out bidding documents. <br />Construction ManagementServices Post-Design (Upon Request)Task 7 <br />The EAC Team will assist the City of Sunny Isles Beach with <br />Construction Management Services, upon request.
