CPEDELTA <br />Our Key Personnel assigned to the Project <br />Our core team of key personnel provides a high level of responsiveness to the City of Sunny Isles Engineer, in <br />terms of exceptional project understanding and support, and extensive technical expertise in the disciplines <br />you require and high availability. Our team is structured to provide to the City with flexibility in the <br />performing of the design services and has built-in redundancies among most disciplines to provide the staff <br />available to work at this signature project. <br />We are dedicating our "A -Team" to this contract <br />Juan A. Sobrino, P.E., PhD <br />Bridge Structural Design Team —Technical Lead <br />Juan will be our Technical Lead, coordinating the various activities and <br />disciplines performed on this project he will provide leadership, plan <br />review activities and providing operations oversight reviews. In addition <br />ar ' to his technical abilities Juan is a highly effective project and task <br />manager. Juan has recently led the design of the Snowden Pedestrian <br />iBridge for MDC and have been responsible of FDOT Load Rating <br />Evaluation Report for the existing bridge along North Miami Ave. crossing <br />Little River Canal, North of NW 85th ST. He has also participated in the design of deck and hanger's installation <br />of the signature Walterdale bridge in Edmonton and did construction engineering for the new Ille de Soeur <br />Bridge in Montreal for SNC Lavalin-Flatiron-Dragados DBJV that was awarded with the project. <br />Juan is one of the leading bridges and structural engineering experts in the industry. He has performed the <br />conceptual and detailed design of a wide variety of medium to long -span pedestrian bridges either cast -in-place <br />or pre -cast, concrete balanced cantilever, steel and concrete arches, and cable -stayed bridges. <br />His experience also includes substantial background with the structural analysis and design of bridges, <br />comprising seismic design, dynamic rolling -stock analysis, soil, track -structure interactions, and complex time - <br />dependent analysis. <br />Juan was an adjunct professor at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pittsburgh. PA, from 2012 to 2015 <br />and a part-time associate professor at the UPC in Barcelona for 19 years, <br />Andrea Travani, P.E. <br />Bridge Structural Design Team —Project Manager & Team Coordinator <br />Andrea will be the project manager, responsible for plans production, <br />coordination of Bridge design task teams, make the required engineering <br />judgments, review of plans, communication with DTPW staff, coordination <br />of schedules. Andrea is a highly effective project and task manager. He is <br />aware of the effort required to successfully complete this type of contract <br />including coordination with the client, Pedelta staff, sub -consultants, utility <br />companies, permitting agencies, stakeholders, and other design disciplines. <br />Andrea has more than 15 years of extensive experience in the management of Bridge Design, large scale <br />projects and coordinating their engineering aspects.
