He has FDOT experience gained though the construction of the SR 826 (Palmetto Expressway) / SR 836 (Dolphin Expressway) Interchange Improvements in Miami and the stay cable installation of the Pensacola Bay Bridge in Pensacola. Andrea has also experience with major Design and Build bridge projects having served as the project director of the Manhattan West Platform in New York City, one of the longest span -by -span precast segmental bridges in the world. Fco. Javier Jordan, MSc, P.E. Bridge Structural Design Team — Senior Bridge Structural Design Coordinator & CA/QC Manager Javier has 25 years of experience as a Structural Bridge Engineer. He will be performing critical coordination and liaison role on all TWOS among the sub - consultant staffs ensuring seamless coordination, reporting and production. He is well versed in technical operations and process and will coordinate tasks for bridge design projects. He has developed and prepared bridge construction plans, typical section packages, and performed complex geometric and structural calculations. He will also create alignments, typical sections, and traffic control plans for all phases of construction. Javier's experience includes structural engineering, analysis, conceptual design and final detailing of bridges, preparation and supervision of drawings, and technical specifications. As a bridge designer, Javier has an extensive background in structural analysis and has conducted advanced time -dependent structural analysis models and complex construction analysis of steel and major segmental and cable -supported concrete bridges, including finite element analysis, modeling and seismic design using Caltrans specifications. He has long experience with the application of Accelerated Bridge Construction Techniques. Javier participated in the preparation of tenders of various FDOT's DB projects such as Palmetto managed lanes, as well as leading the design team efforts in the ongoing project for MDX for the concept design of the 1.5 -mile viaduct included in the PD&E Study for the SR -924 at NW 32nd Ave. to NW 7th Ave. Jamea Long (KH) - P. E. Bridge Structural Design Team — Assistant Project Manager - Sr. Structural Engineer Jamea is Structural Team Leader with 24 years of experience. She will provide support to our Project Manager Andrea Travani as Assistant Project Manager for this project. Jamea has an extensive structural design experience as sr. structural engineer and engineer of record responsible for design of miscellaneous structures. She will be performing critical coordination and liaison role on all TWOs among the sub -consultant staffs ensuring seamless coordination, reporting and production. She is well versed in County operations and process and will coordinate tasks for bridge design projects. Jamea worked for both public and private clients performing at several KH projects in South Florida. Her responsibilities include performing calculations, coordinating plan preparation, reviewing shop drawings, writing technical specifications, observing project construction, and conducting structural inspections. Jamea participated to the reconstruction of Krome Avenue project in Miami as well to the Pedestrian Bridge Design and Roadway Improvements project in Miami Gardens, FL.
