Pedelta
has designed an alternative design for a six -lane bridge, 1640
ft long bridge at IH -10 mainline over FM -3180 Rd. The
alternative design enables a staged construction with a
longituainal pnase line, to minimize impact on the existing
traffic. The 116 -ft wide superstructure uses Standard Pretensioned Concrete I -Girder superstructure. The
bridge has 15 spans. The maximum span length is 125ft. The piers use prefabricated prestressed bents to
accelerate construction.
City of Sunny Isles Beach
Request for Qualifications No. 20-10-01
-38-
