The inclined stainless-steel hangers between the arch and tied -girder also <br />provide a simple, clean and well-defined expression. <br />The Amphitheater <br />The amphitheater features a graceful, curved elevated platform, comprising stainless-steel structure with a <br />concrete slab and supported by round -shaped concrete piers. The faces of each pier are clad in stainless steel <br />permanent plate formwork providing a modern and elegant material that helps visually ground the bridge in <br />its setting. The Amphitheater will work visually with Samson Park's landscape elements to frame the modified <br />Oceanfront Park.
