SIXTH AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND PERKINS & WILL ARCHITECTS, INC. CONTRACT NO. C1415-087 This Sixth Amendment to the Agreement between the CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH ("Ci ") anjPELZKjNS & WILL ARCHITECTS, INC. ("Architect"), executed tliis day of 2020 is made a part of the original Agreement between the parties dated August 21, 2015, as amended, Contract No. C1415-087 (the "Agreement"), and the City and the Architect hereby agree to amend the Agreement as follows: 1. ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Pursuant to Section 1.3 of the Agreement, the City hereby wishes to amend Article 3 of the Agreement ("Architect's Basic Services") to include the development of a Maintenance and Protection of Traffic Plans ("MOT") as requested by FDOT; all as more particularly described in composite Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. 2. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. Article 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended to include additional compensation for the Additional Services in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty -Two Dollars ($15,782.00), bringing the total contract amount not to exceed Three Million One Hundred Seventy Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty -Two Dollars ($3,170,832.00). 3. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. 4. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. The terms, requirements, and provisions contained in this Sixth Amendment shall prevail and be given superior effect and priority over any conflicting or inconsistent term, statement, requirement, or provision contained in any other document or attachment, including but not limited to the Agreement.
