CITY KEEP THE OVERLAY DESIGNATION? <br />Participants are, in principle, supportive of maintaining the Town Center Overlay <br />designation in the Comprehensive Plan. However, they don't feel particularly <br />strongly about this either way, primarily because there is a sense that the vision <br />depicted in the Comprehensive Plan for the area are out of date and impractical. <br />The main interest is in ensuring that, whatever the final policy and regulatory <br />decisions for this area may be, they do not exacerbate the existing quality of life <br />challenges and negative impacts. <br />Source: Pop -Up outreach, Listening Session, online Survey <br />66 City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />J <br />
