"WHAT DO YOU LIKE, OR DISLIKE, ABOUT THE TOWN CENTERT' <br />It looks like a typical <br />(ugly) strip mall and <br />unless you know <br />what's in there, it's <br />easy to just drive past. <br />It is ugly. It needs <br />landscaping and the cafes <br />and stores on Collins <br />Avenue have no cohesion <br />I can see the sunsets and <br />walk through the area <br />without feeling like I'm <br />in a canyon of concrete. <br />Neighbors still know each <br />other. <br />There's no balance <br />of buildings with <br />green space. <br />It's a little <br />oasis between <br />skyscrapers. <br />Needs to be better maintained <br />and the business mix need to <br />better- reflect the vision/brand/ <br />identity of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />Layout with parking <br />lot in the middle is <br />not easy to navigate. <br />
