No. PZ2021-01 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />This item is presented for the approval of the City Commission <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant, Century Towers Associates, LLP, are the developers of <br />the Las Marinas Project located at 100-200-300 Kings Point Drive. <br />The Applicant submitted an application to the City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach requesting to place three (3) temporary banners, the north and <br />south are 800 sq ft each and the east is 1,600 sq ft. The Applicant is <br />also requesting that the City extend the maximum allowable time <br />frame of one (1) year to two (2) years from the date of approval, for <br />the placement of the temporary banners. The three (3) banners are <br />required to be placed according to plans submitted with this <br />application and the banners cannot be relocated.
