The temporary signage is a banner to be placed <br />on the eastern elevation. Our reasons behind this are as follows: <br />1. Market for existing building 100 Kings Point Drive, this is necessary due to <br />construction activity which is affecting our marketing along Collins Ave. Our <br />vacancy levels are beginning to be reduced due to the on-going construction. <br />2. For Lease -up for the 300 Building on Kings Point Drive which is expected to come <br />online around September 2021 and occupancy beginning in December 2021 and <br />throughout 2022. This is needed for lease -up and stabilization. <br />3. For Lease -up for the 200 Building on Kings Point Drive which is expected to begin <br />leasing in March 2022 and occupancy to start in June 2022 and through to the first <br />quarter of 2023.
