Section 7. Amendment to Chapter 108 of the City Code. Chapter 108 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Chapter 108 – BEACHES ARTICLE I - Swimming or Fishing During Dangerous Water Conditions § 108-3. - Definitions. The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning. CITY MANAGER — The City Manager of the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
