Section 25. Amendment to Chapter 217 of the City Code. Chapter 217 of the City Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Chapter 217 - RENTAL PROPERTY <br />ARTICLE II - Regulating Short -Term Vacation Rentals in Multi -Family Buildings. <br />§217-14. - Application for short-term vacation rental license. <br />A. An Owner or Responsible Party is required to procure a Short -Term Vacation Rental License <br />under this Article shall submit a formal application to the Development <br />Services Department or any department designated by the City Manager. <br />§217-25. - Administration, penalties, and enforcement of license. <br />A. This Article shall be administered by the Pinning and Zoning Development Services <br />Department and enforced by the Code Complianee Depa tmeftt pursuant to Chapter 14 of <br />the City's Code of Ordinances. <br />Section 26. Amendment to Chapter 220 of the City Code. Chapter 220 of the City Code is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Chapter 220 - SATELLITE DISH ANTENNAS <br />§ 220-2. - Definitions. <br />The following definitions shall apply under this chapter: <br />CODE ENFORC�A�'T_�DEPARTMENT The City of Stinny isles Beae-h—Eos <br />Enforeement Department <br />220-4. - Enforcement; penalties for offenses. <br />The provisions of this <br />chapter shall be enforced pursuant to Chapter 14 of the City's Code of Ordinances. Any person <br />or entity found to be in violation of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $250 per occurrence. <br />26 <br />
