<br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach | Invitation to Bid No. 21-03-02 17 <br /> <br />SECTION 3 <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br /> <br />3.1 SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The Vendor shall be available seven days a week to provide motor coach transportation services <br />on an as-needed basis determined by the City to be charged to the City on the basis of an hourly <br />rate. <br /> <br />3.2 SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />The City will provide trip information to the Vendor as the City’s need arises. The Vendor shall <br />promptly coordinate the trip details with the City’s authorized representative and shall provide a <br />written order to the City. Upon review and acceptance of the order by the City, the Vendor is <br />authorized to provide such services. All orders provided to the City shall not include any Vendor <br />terms or conditions. All services under this Agreement shall be provided in strict accordance with <br />and subject to the terms and conditions specified in this ITB. <br /> <br />3.3 MOTOR COACH REQUIREMENTS, STANDARDS AND INSPECTION <br /> <br />In addition to the requirements of Section 1.33 of the General Terms and Conditions, all vehicles <br />must: <br /> <br />a) Be equipped with a fully functional and operating air conditioning systems that maintains a <br />comfortable level of coolness throughout each trip. If the air conditioning system is not able <br />to meet this criteria, the City reserves the right to have the vehicle replaced by the Vendor <br />within one hour at no cost to the City. The replacement vehicle shall be subject to the same <br />requirements as all vehicles under the Agreement; <br /> <br />b) Have exterior free of grime, oil, or other substances and free from cracks, breaks, dents and <br />damaged paint that noticeably detract from the overall appearance of the vehicle; <br /> <br />c) Be clean in the interior and free from torn floor coverings, damaged or broken seats, and <br />protruding sharp edges; <br /> <br />d) Have unobstructed vision on at least three (3) sides of the vehicle; <br /> <br />e) Not have interior leaks of any kind; <br /> <br />f) Be equipped with fully cushioned and reclining seats; <br /> <br />g) Be equipped with an operating Public Access (PA) system; <br /> <br />h) Be equipped with seat belts; <br /> <br />i) Upon request by the City, Vendor shall have vehicles available in its fleet that allow for the
