11.9 Mass re -issuance of cards for a Purchasing Entity avoidance process. <br />Accounts can be set up with different expiration dates, and account expiration dates can be <br />changed by the account manager to renew early. Both measures are precautions to avoid mass- <br />reissuance of cards. <br />WEX is flexible in that we are always looking to work to meet the needs of our customers. If there <br />are specific re -issuance scenarios a fleet may be concerned about, WEX will work with that entity <br />to mitigate and put in place precautions to avoid a mass re -issuance scenario. <br />12. TRAINING <br />Initial and ongoing training are critical to each Participating State's ability to manage their program. Each <br />Participating State may have additional training requirements and will be negotiated in the Participating <br />Addendum. At a minimum, training will include: <br />12.1 Contractor must provide System User Guides online and accessible through the web -based card <br />management system. <br />12.2 Contractor must provide ongoing training for the life of the contract. WEX will provide initial <br />training at agreed upon sites, ongoing as -needed training, and re-training as required via the <br />following delivery methods: in -person training, webinars, phone conference or a combination of <br />those. <br />Upon the initial implementation, your WEX Strategic Implementation Manager will train the fleet <br />management team in how to perform the following functions.
