• Alternative/Diesel Fuel Directory <br />• WEX Index Top Metro Report <br />• WEXOnline° Administration <br />• View /Add Online Users <br />• View Pending Requests <br />• Add/View Roles and permissions <br />Training can be divided into specific segments depending on the administrator's duties. WEX will <br />work with the State to organize tailored online training per users' assigned roles. <br />WEX will provide recorded training sessions that can be posted to the State's intranet site as an <br />additional tool. Multiple trainings can be recorded based on the audience's role e.g., full access <br />or read only. <br />12.3 Contractor must provide web -based training. <br />WEX is able to provide training for all of the above requirements and will hold ongoing WebEX <br />and in -person training sessions at a frequency determined by the State of Washington/NASPO <br />and any other Participating Entity. For instance, WEX could host monthly WebEX/online trainings <br />for new employees and those who need refresher training. Items included in the training are <br />customizable depending on the need, but typically consist of all of the needs mentioned in <br />Question 12.3 plus: <br />• Program policies as dictated by the member states <br />• Card usage at retail locations <br />• System access <br />• Customer Service Support <br />• Updated technology <br />• Best practices <br />• Industry trends <br />12.4 Contractor must provide onsite/classroom training for Program Administrators <br />WEX agrees to and will hold onsite, in -person training sessions for Program Administrators at a <br />frequency determined by the State of Washington/NASPO and any other Participating Entity. <br />12.5 Contractor must provide onsite User group forums. <br />WEX will hold ongoing in -person training and user forum sessions at a frequency determined by <br />the State of Washington/NASPO and any other Participating Entity for whatever subject matter, <br />best practice sharing, account reviews, raising concerns or any other need the customer may <br />have. Many times these user forums are a great time for Participating Entities to share new or <br />reinforce existing polices as well for their users. Items included in the forums are customizable <br />and can meet all of the above requirements. <br />12.6 Contractor must provide written User reference guides, both extensive and quick guides. <br />WEX will provide reference guides that are detailed and provide quick summaries as part of the <br />implementation project plan. Other reference guides exist throughout WEX's various systems. <br />For example, The WEXOnline° module has PDF help guides that provide step-by-step instructions <br />to navigate the different modules available. <br />The following PDF help guides are available: <br />MASTER AGREEMENT No. 00819 - FLEET CARD SERVICES PAGE 128 OF 138 <br />
