Purchasing Entities can also: <br />• View and download contact information and a detailed listing of specific services provided <br />(catering, rental cars, hangar, etc.) <br />• Prearrange fuel and services <br />• Log in to obtain contract fuel pricing <br />• Request a firm Price Quote by email <br />• Report a lost or stolen card online or use the toll -free number during business hours <br />Purchasing Entities can sign up and use the convenient features of the AVCARD program at no <br />additional charge. <br />6. MARINE FUEL <br />Fleets can purchase gasoline and diesel fuel at marine fueling locations through a combination of <br />direct acceptance of the WEX Fleet Card at marinas with branded oil locations through electronic <br />point of sale systems, and at any of the more than 9,500 marina locations that accept MasterCard <br />worldwide. The WEX Fleet Card and WEXPayTm would be used at these accepting locations just <br />like any other fueling location to purchase fuel and related services. Additional terms and <br />conditions apply. <br />7. ALTERNATIVE FUEL & ADDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE <br />Certain WEX-accepting merchants supply ethanol, natural gas (CNG, LNG), propane (LPG), <br />hydrogen, biodiesel, methanol, and other alternative fuels. So WEX has created an Alternative <br />Fuel Directory using transaction information passed to WEX by accepting merchants, and from <br />external sources such as the Department of Energy. This directory contains more than 6,000 WEX- <br />accepting sites that carry at least one alternative fuel type. This directory is available through a <br />download from WEXOnline°, or can be provided in hard copy for use in vehicles. WEX uniquely <br />reports ethanol, methanol, CNG, LNG, and biodiesel. <br />WEX is always increasing its acceptance coverage for fuel, marina and service locations. Because <br />WEX currently have acceptance at more than 95% of all U.S. fuel sites, our merchant acquisition <br />strategy is driven by the needs of our fleet customers requiring service in remote areas or <br />acceptance outside of domestic coverage. If a fleet customer identifies specific fueling needs, WEX <br />will work toward signing any needed location <br />If the customer has merchants that they would like to be part of the WEX accepting network who <br />do not already have direct acceptance or cannot utilize the WEXPayTm tool, WEX will request the <br />following information from the fleet: <br />• Merchant name <br />• Merchant address <br />• Merchant contact person <br />• Phone and fax numbers <br />• Expected utilization/volume from a Purchasing Entities fleet <br />• Name and phone number of fleet employee requesting WEX card acceptance <br />MASTER AGREEMENT No. 00819 - FLEET CARD SERVICES PAGE 27 OF 138 <br />
