Please choose the ClearView product Purchasing Entity plans to enroll in at this time: <br />❑ ClearView Essentials — Volume & Spend, Exceptions, Reports, Community, and Admin modules, Driver and Vehicle Detail, product <br />code and odometer cleansing algorithms, and VIN decoding. <br />❑ ClearView Advanced — Includes Essentials services plus additional functionality such as Fuel Price Explorer, Cost Outliers, Driver <br />Fuel Purchasing Analysis, Driver Messaging, and Campaign Management and Tracking. <br />2. ClearView Essentials and ClearView Advanced customers can elect to enroll in ClearVieaw Snap for free by checking the box below: <br />❑ ClearView Snap — Key purchasing information and analysis displayed in visual dashboards delivered automatically by <br />email on a weekly and/or monthly basis. Instant voice command access and accompanying visuals using Snap's Alexa Skill. <br />am - I I <br />WEX shall charge the following fee based on the Purchasing Entity's product election above: <br />(i) ClearView Essentials and ClearView Snap: $0.00 per month <br />(ii) ClearView Advanced: $0.25 per active card per month. <br />(Active card is defined as a card that is in active status vs. suspended or terminated status). <br />WEX reserves the right to change fees with prior written notice. <br />The ClearView program term will coincide with the Purchasing Entity's card program contract term. <br />By signing this form, the purchasing Entity agrees to the ClearView (and, if applicable, ClearView Snap) Terms of Use, which <br />supplement the terms of the Purchasing Entity's credit agreement, included herein.
