With our official founding in 2015 by Crane Gladding, FloridaTours.com has from the beginning, set ourselves apart from almost all others in the transportation realm. Our founder, Crane Gladding, has spent over 20 years of his career in the cruise industry. For the past decade, he was the Senior Vice President of Revenue Management and Passenger Services at Norwegian Cruise Line. His responsibilities included worldwide ground transportation, air sea, land services, guest services and many others. This experience helped lead him to his passion for guest satisfaction and the combination with logistics. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, he was a key member of the group that took Norwegian Cruise Line public in 2013. Soon after the IPO, he began to realize that he wanted something different and saw a shortfall in the availability of quality ground transportation in South Florida. Thus.... FloridaTours.com was born. From our very onset, FloridaTours.com was truly and completely dedicated to becoming a "new and hip" bus company that everyone desired to travel with. Our company philosophy is focused on safety, service, and smiles. Our goal is to provide a safe, seamless, and fun ride to all of our guests. We will achieve our goals by ensuring that the smallest details are attended to in order to ensure that our ultimate goals are achieved. We tend to look less formal and to be "Florida Fun" in nature. We achieve our goals and remain "Florida Fun" while never, ever compromising safety or service; but rather by embracing it and rebranding it.
