Bret Brittenum – Chief Operating Officer With twenty-two years of transportation experience Florida, Bret joined our team just over three years. For almost his entire career after graduating with his BA from Florida Atlantic University in Business & Finance, Bret has managed large cruise line transportation services either directly or indirectly. His previous senior leadership positions included regional management at Academy Bus, American Coach, and Coach America. All of his large corporate experience has allowed him the unique ability to draw upon past strengths and weaknesses. Bret's expertise in focusing on customer service while aligning the safe and customer service oriented transportation of thousands will lend himself well to FGCU. Aaron Florence – Director, Guest Services With his naturally flowing Scottish accent, Aaron is well known throughout the cruise and bus industry. After a lengthy career managing the shore excursions for Norwegian Cruise Line; he has now joined our team and is managing our tour products along with the delivery of service. Aaron spends a considerable amount of time at our various college contracts ensuring the FloridaTours.com Experience is delivered each & every day. His ability to understand the cruise line customer along with the bus company vision makes Aaron an important part of the team who currently serves FGCU. Michael Lin – Director, Maintenance & Compliance Michael has spent his career in transportation. Beginning as a cruise line bus driver in Ft. Lauderdale, Michael truly has "diesel in his blood." As a former driver in Florida, he now sees the business from all sides. His unique ability to manage his team of mechanics, road supervisors, and drivers has made Michael an extremely valuable member of the team. He is responsible for all asepcts of our training, compliance, and vehicle maintenance. Taylor Stadler – Director, Accounting Taylor, while new to the transportation industry, has 8 years' experience in business management and accounting. Taylor joined our team with an enthusiastic and customer service driven personality devoted to contributing her expertise to overseeing and maintaining the company financials. Her attention to detail and knack for organization makes for exceptional bookkeeping. Geoffrey Searl – Manager, Southwest Florida Region Geoff has been in the transportation industry for more than decade. After retiring as a police officer in upstate New York, Geoff found himself living in Ft. Myers and looking for a career change. Geoff has an unwavering commitment to service and guest satisfaction. With his base in Ft. Myers, Geoff is at FGCU several times a week overseeing our delivery of service to the many athletic teams we serve each day.
