Response to Invitation to Bid <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />Motor Coach Transportation <br />Invitation to Bid No. 21-03-02 <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The exteriors and interiors of the fleet will be cleaned and washed daily all road grime and <br />dirt will be washed away daily, each bus will start the day’s operation in a freshly washed <br />condition. The interior floor will be mopped daily. The bus will be free of all trash, tape, graffiti <br />and other forms of vandalism such as ink marks, paint and gum. Bus wheels will be <br />maintained in a freshly cleaned manner. Bus wheels will be maintained in a freshly cleaned <br />manner. Bus wheels will be painted whenever the maintenance manager deems it <br />necessary. <br />It will be made clear to all maintenance personnel and drivers that no bus shall operate with <br />any offensive graffiti. If the driver finds such vandalism while on route, he will immediately <br />notify his dispatcher to have the markings removed or bus replaced. <br />Each bus will also be on a Major Clean schedule as per our preventative maintenance <br />program every sixty days or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.
