12RFP 21-03-01 Artistic Holiday Designs <br />3. STAFFING CONTINUED <br />Artistic Holiday Designs manages approximately 60 projects each year throughout the US. Our <br />home office runs 14 crews throughout the holiday season. We begin installation in September and <br />complete take down in March. Our top crews have been with the company for 15 years. These crew <br />members travel throughout the US to oversee and complete our big project builds. In some cases, <br />our travel crew works with local public works and/or local companies to train the first year. The <br />following years, the city/local company takes over. <br />The key staff members responsible for this contract are Derek Norwood, Sara Basch, Patrick Becker, <br />and Connor Graham. Derek and Sara will work with the city of Sunny Isles Beach to develop the final <br />budget and design of decorations and lighting. Patrick and Connor manage logistics, installation, <br />equipment, service, maintenance, take down, and storage. Both will be responsible for the <br />coordination of work. <br />Primary Project Manager: Derek Norwood <br />23 years of experience, expertise include holiday lighting design and installation. Project manager for <br />similar projects in Detroit, MI; Miami Beach, FL; Orlando, FL; New Lenox, IL; and Schaumburg, IL <br />Creative Director: Sara Basch <br />21 years of experience, expertise in design and overall holiday lighting design. <br />Operations Director: Patrick Becker <br />15 years experience in supply chain management, procurement strategy, P&L improvement. <br />Management of key midwest projects - Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Village of Romeoville, and New <br />Lenox. <br />Operation Manager: Connor Graham <br />7 years of experience in turnkey holiday lighting and displays and on-site management. Manages <br />similar projects - Orlando, FL; Miami Beach, FL, and North Bay Village, FL. <br />
