12RFP 21-03-01 Artistic Holiday Designs 3. STAFFING CONTINUED Artistic Holiday Designs manages approximately 60 projects each year throughout the US. Our home office runs 14 crews throughout the holiday season. We begin installation in September and complete take down in March. Our top crews have been with the company for 15 years. These crew members travel throughout the US to oversee and complete our big project builds. In some cases, our travel crew works with local public works and/or local companies to train the first year. The following years, the city/local company takes over. The key staff members responsible for this contract are Derek Norwood, Sara Basch, Patrick Becker, and Connor Graham. Derek and Sara will work with the city of Sunny Isles Beach to develop the final budget and design of decorations and lighting. Patrick and Connor manage logistics, installation, equipment, service, maintenance, take down, and storage. Both will be responsible for the coordination of work. Primary Project Manager: Derek Norwood 23 years of experience, expertise include holiday lighting design and installation. Project manager for similar projects in Detroit, MI; Miami Beach, FL; Orlando, FL; New Lenox, IL; and Schaumburg, IL Creative Director: Sara Basch 21 years of experience, expertise in design and overall holiday lighting design. Operations Director: Patrick Becker 15 years experience in supply chain management, procurement strategy, P&L improvement. Management of key midwest projects - Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Village of Romeoville, and New Lenox. Operation Manager: Connor Graham 7 years of experience in turnkey holiday lighting and displays and on-site management. Manages similar projects - Orlando, FL; Miami Beach, FL, and North Bay Village, FL.
