13RFP 21-03-01 Artistic Holiday Designs 4. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY Artistic Holiday Designs approaches each project with our customer’s end goal in mind. Our team of project managers, fabricators, installers, and technical managers work seamlessly together to provide the best possible service. We believe in over communication to guarantee our team is on the right track. This also provides our clients with the knowledge of their project status at each step through design, installation, service, removal, and storage. Artistic Holiday Designs will work with the City of Sunny Isles Beach to develop the best use of budget in order to create a unique plan for holiday lighting and decor. Once selected, Derek Norwood and Sara Basch will meet with the city to finalize the design and products. All proposed designs are flexible as our manufacturer, Leblanc Illuminations, fabricates made to order decor. All necessary certificates of insurance will be shared with the city. Our purchasing director, Sonya Bakrou, resides in Le Mans, France. Sonya works directly with our factory, Leblanc Illuminations to verify all manufacturing, production, and shipping is properly executed. Once delivered to Florida, Connor Graham will handle all logistics of product along with the installation schedule, daily service, take down and storage. Our field services team includes technical managers, project managers, and operation managers who are responsible for all aspects of the install, service, take down and storage. We are fully insured for labor and equipment and will cover any necessary permitting. Overnight installation and service are often performed to limit traffic interruption. Our team will dispose of any waste and respect the property upon which decor is installed. All lighting products are LED, coaxial connections, and low voltage. Our employee training procedure manual is available upon request. All employees have completed our field services training. Inspections are routine for our installers. Crews will inspect and correct if necessary any issues with the holiday lighting and decor. The following day, a report will be shared with the city. Connor Graham will handle all maintenance and inspections. Our administrative team is available 24/7 to respond to any requests for service. Our team’s goal is to respond and complete service within 24 hour. No fees are associated with after hours or holiday service. PROJECT SCHEDULE Artistic Holiday Designs will develop a final schedule upon selection of this project. Please see our proposed schedule: Delivery of all product to our Florida warehouse - October 4, 2021 Installation Begins - November 8, 2021 (tree lighting may begin earlier) Installation Complete - November 19, 2021 Maintenance and inspection checks throughout the holiday season Removal Begins - January 5, 2022 and will be complete by January 15, 2022
