Light Er Up Mia LLC RFP No. 21-03-01. Holiday Lighting and Decorations <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Light Er Up’s team, a team from Miami Directed by project Manager Nicholas Caine, and a <br />compliance/management team Lead by Gina Del Valle will all collaborate on the installation. <br /> <br />Light Er Up Owns Over 15 Vehicles including pick-up trucks, Box Trucks, Bucket Trucks and <br />Large Aerial equipment. Light Er Up also rents additional equipment as needed to ensure all <br />projects are completed in a timely manner with the least disruption to the city. <br /> <br />We will spend time in August and September working with the city to provide a firm installation <br />schedule. Work on tree lighting shall start in early October. Pole decor will be installed where <br />available in early November, and all 3d decor will start in early November and completed by <br />November 19th 2021. <br /> <br />We will have a full-time staff member on site every night, 7 nights a week to inspect and send <br />update email to our manager, Nicholas Bilbao, who routes for service. Nightly We will have a <br />full-time member there to reset GFI's, handle plug, connection, and timing issues. When a <br />problem arises; The employee will immediately communicate information to our <br />service manager who will then route the correct technician to correct the problem in a timely <br />manner. <br /> <br /> <br />Light Er Up MIA will schedule the project accordingly to be successful in reaching our goal of <br />completion by November 19th. Our team will modify as necessary to ensure the end goal is <br />achieved. We will have management on site throughout the install season. Nicholas Bilbao will <br />manage his install team, Nicholas Caine and Gina Del Valle will manage the overall design <br />aspect of the project, Alejandro Paredes will manage the implementation of all 3D decor, <br /> <br />Light Er UP MIA has carefully designed all décor & Lighting to stand out and represent Sunny <br />Isles Beach as the unique world-class city that it is. We will incorporate our world-wide <br />installation best practices to bring unique lighting to the City of sunny isles. We will work with <br />the city to best schedule every portion of the installation. While there will be some disruption, we <br />will help mitigate by offering some over-night installations, small sections of one lane closures <br />instead of full street closures, and we will work with city electrical contractors to be sure the <br />power is ready for us before we begin our work. If the city feels that a notification to its citizens <br />is warranted for the work we will be performing, we will provide that communication at no cost <br />to the city. <br /> <br />Monitoring and Managing Implementation Schedules: Nicholas Bilbao will oversee and manage <br />all implementation schedules. Effective communication will be planned with the city to notify <br />staff of all schedules, changes, and completions. All crews are trained, skilled, and experienced <br />in holiday lighting and decor.. <br /> <br /> Staffing Plans: Light Er Up MIA , will manage and update all staff. Our head installation <br />manager, Nicholas Bilbao , will manage the install of all 3D decor. Light ER Up MI , will <br />manage all tree lighting, pole decorations, as well as maintenance, service, and 24/7 inspections
