All staff is properly trained and experienced in commercial lighting products and <br />installation. Our team prides itself on reliable, expedient, and outstanding service. Preventive <br />Maintenance: Our co mbined team will test all lighting and decorations prior to final installation <br />completion. After completion, nightly inspections will identify the correct technician to provide <br />immediate response to complete any service. We will ensure all decorations and lighting are <br />properly working. <br /> <br />Trouble Shooting and Corrective Maintenance: Trained staff and technicians will be <br />notified immediately upon completion of nightly inspections. The staff will ensure expedient <br />response times to complete service or repairs. <br /> <br />Availability of Parts and Supplies: All decorations and lighting will be manufactured and <br />shipped with spare parts. In the event of repair or replacement, the decor will be replaced or <br />corrected with the spare parts. Light Er Up MIA ensures all decor is properly working for the <br />holiday season. In the event of damaged parts that cannot be replaced, we will Manufacture <br />decor in a timely manner for replacement. <br /> <br /> Performance Monitoring and Metrics: Pre-completion testing will be reported to the city as well <br />as any issues or changes based on installation. After completion, nightly inspections and reports <br />will be shared with the city. A detailed description of all decors and its status will be shared with <br />the city.
