<br />4 - Approach and Methodology <br /> MCL's relentless commitment to completing projects on time, coupled with our proactive company culture <br /> and detail oriented proprietary software has lead MCL to be the the most reliable holiday vendor in South <br /> Florida. With Covid-19 creating unforeseen challenges, advanced planning is important to ensure a <br /> quality, on-time projects. MCL's approach to the city of Sunny Isles Beach is to have the project scope <br /> approved no later than June 30th, 2021. This allows MCL to complete our site inspections and installation <br /> plans by July 15th, 2021, with finalization of the project no later than July 31st, 2021. By both parties <br /> committing to this timeline, MCL can confidently complete the holiday project by November 19th 2021. <br /> <br /> The commitment to clear, transparent communication is imperative to any successful relationship. After <br /> each relevant discussion, MCL will provide a recap email specifying each parties responsibilities with <br /> agreed deadlines. MCL has found that these recap discussions with completion dates is key to <br /> completing projects on time. Our leadership team will be available to the city at their request not only <br /> during the season, but throughout the entire year. MCL's commitment to our proven process of advanced <br /> planning, capacity restrictions, and clear communication will guarantee a dependable, on time delivery of <br />  Sunny Isles Beach's holiday display. <br /> <br /> The first step to executing the city of Sunny Isles Beach's holiday project is planning. MCL's team will meet <br /> with city staff no later than June 30th, 2021 to review the proposed project for final adjustments. Once all <br /> aspects of display are understood, MCL will create a project with milestones and due dates in our project <br /> management software to share with city staff, keeping everyone on track and providing complete <br /> transparency. <br /> <br /> As the scope of work is confirmed, MCL's operations team will prepare installation plans, which includes, <br /> personnel requirements, equipment, installation duration, site restrictions, electrical maps, and <br /> malfunctioning city receptacles. Installation plans submitted to MCL management for approval are <br /> scrutinized through a "virtual installation" meeting to identify potential challenges. Scheduling restrictions <br /> for site requirements, community impact and equipment needs are always accounted for as well as <br /> additional installation dates for weather related delays. After installation plans are approved, MCL <br />  presents the schedule to the city for approval. <br /> <br /> As project decor moves to production, MCL utilizes our vast network of local, regional and world-wide <br /> manufacturing partners to determine where each item will be made. Careful consideration is given to <br /> quality, cost and production time to determine which facility is best. Once orders are placed, MCL's <br /> Production Manager uses our cloud-based software, with daily status meetings, to ensure production is <br /> completed on time. MCL's multi-teared production strategy enables MCL to utilize the supplier providing <br /> the best lead time, quality, price, and overall value for Sunny Isles Beach's decor. <br /> <br /> MCL has a vast inventory of lights, supplies, materials and electrical cables to easily fulfill the presented <br /> projects. Due to MCL's desire to create a truly unique and memorable experience for Sunny Isles Beach, <br /> MCL has presented all custom designed decor that will need to be fabricated from scratch upon approval. <br /> MCL has proactively sourced all components and is confident we will be able to produce all presented <br />  decor within the timeline in the RFP. <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
