<br />3 - Staffing <br />Organizational Leadership <br /> Kurt Stange is the sole principal and acting President of MCL. Kurt has been instrumental in assembling <br /> MCL's leadership team, including Operations Manager Johamn Barrozo, Maintenance Manager Amik <br /> Ramallo, and Design Directo, Edwin Santa. Each of the mentioned members of MCL's management team <br /> will play a role in the Sunny Isles Beach holiday service. <br /> <br /> Due to Kurt's immense knowledge of Sunny Isles Beach and previous holiday installation experience with <br /> the city, Kurt will fulfill the Project Manager role. He will be involved in vir tually every aspect of the project, <br /> meeting with the city, reviewing designs, approving fabrication plans, finalizing installation, verifying <br /> service and removal schedules as well as providing quality control to the inspection and refurbishment of <br /> the decor after the season. Kurt understands the demands of the city and commits to leading this project, <br /> guaranteeing its success. Kurt will be supported by his management team listed above in the following <br /> capacity: <br /> <br /> Johamn Barrozo will be the Secondary Project Manager and Operations Manager, supporting Kurt with his <br /> lead on the project. Johamn will ensure the planned activities are being executed on time and report to <br />  Kurt daily on the progress of the team. <br /> <br /> Edwin Santa will be the lead designer on the project. Edwin is supported by a team of graphic artists that <br />  will help fulfill the product design needs of the project. <br /> <br />ill manage the nightly maintenance for the city, ensuring all lights are functioning properly, Amik Ramallo w <br />training service technicians specifically allocated to Sunny Isles Beach and review nightly reports.   <br /> <br />MCL's management team will have weekly project meetings, lead by Kurt, to ensure the project is on track  <br />for a successful, on-time installation. Weekly communications on progress will be provided to the city.  <br />MCL does not use subcontractors. <br /> <br />Key Project Personnel <br />Primary Project Manager and Point of Contact: Kurt Stange <br /> <br />Job Description: <br />Kurt Stange will be the primary project manager and main point of contact for the City of Sunny Isles  <br />Beach. He will be involved with all aspects of the project including understanding the city's vision,  <br />reviewing designs, presenting final plans to the city for approval, monitoring production, supervising  <br />installation, preforming quality control inspections, reviewing maintenance reports, and organizing  <br />removal and storage.  Kurt and the MCL team utilized cloud based project management software to <br />As the Primary Project Manager, ensure all individual deadlines are being met and to the quality expected.  <br />Kurt will guarantee that the holiday project for the city of Sunny Isles Beach is flawless.  <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
