<br /> <br />Kurt Stange was Primary Project Manager for several large scale projects in the past and understands the  <br />discipline, dedication and energy it takes to complete these project successfully. These projects include  <br />the 40 foot wreath for 600 Brickell World Plaza, the Fort Lauderdale 20 foot sand-snowman, and the 50  <br />foot RBG Christmas tree at Gulfstream Racetrack and Casino. When managing the creation and execution  <br />of a large scale project, Kurt's skill is unparalleled. <br /> <br />As a more in depth example of Kurt's capabilities, back in 2011, MCL was contracted to supply a 40 foot  <br />wreath on the side of a skyscraper in Brickell. This concept, which Kurt envision, had never been done  <br />before and needless to say the management at 600 Brickell was doubtful. Kurt and his team created  <br />structural engineered drawings, designed building anchors, created 220 ton crane installation guides,  <br />executed all permitting and won over the management teams' approval. Through the fabrication and  <br />installation process many unforeseen challenges arose, forcing Kurt to adapt and find solutions. His  <br />perseverance came to fruition in November of 2011 when the 40 foot wreath was successfully installed,  <br />creating a tradition in Brickell that is still unmatched to this day. Kurt's success with this project over a  <br />decade ago proves MCL's capabilities and provides confidence knowing any and all projects are possible  <br />with the proper dedication. <br /> <br />Company Position: President <br />Areas of responsibility: Project management, talent acquisition, team motivation, and organizational  <br />management <br /> Years of experience: 13 <br /> <br /> <br /> Secondary Project/Operations Manager: Johamn Borrozo <br /> <br /> Job Description: <br /> Johamn Borrozo, MCL Operations Manager, will act as both the Operations Manager as well as the <br /> Secondary Project Manager for the city of Sunny Isles Beach's holiday project. Johamn brings over 15 <br /> years of experience in building, supervising and leading successful field teams. Johan has phenomenal <br /> communication skills fluent in both English and Spanish, excellent customer service and excels in <br /> multitasking. <br /> <br />Johan   has worked on all MCLs large projects since joining the team. Johamn has since taken over sole <br /> leadership and responsibility to the 600 Brickell World Plaza project referenced above as well as many <br /> others. Johamn is the Primary Project Manager to the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's holiday display. For <br /> this display, Johamn and his team set up a 15 foot golden guitar and record with photo base designed for <br /> visitors to take pictures on. His proactive planning, attention to detail and thirst for knowledge has <br /> excelled his growth at MCL. There is no project currently in MCL's portfolio that Johamn is unable to <br />  successfully complete. <br /> <br />Johamn   will work hand in hand with Kurt to take the city's vision and ensure it is executed with his team. <br /> He will be responsible for all MCL's daily operations including overseeing inventory, fabrication, <br /> installations, quality control, maintenance, refurbishment, and storage. His attention to detail and <br /> proactive planning culture ensures MCL will be successful in execution the city of Sunny Isles Beach's <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
