<br /> holiday decor program. <br /> <br /> Company Position: Operations Manager <br /> Areas of responsibility: Fabrication, engineering, project management, scheduling, quality control <br /> Years of experience: 15 <br /> <br /> Lead Designer: Edwin Santa <br /> <br /> Job Description: <br /> Edwin Santa is MCL's Design Director and will be responsible for all the creative development for the city <br /> of Sunny Isles Beach. Edwin's previous experience in art, sculpture and production make him unique as he <br /> creates the decor vision while using his extensive knowledge and experience with engineering and <br /> construction to bring the vision to life. Edwin's role in the city of Sunny Isles Beach's project will be to lead <br />  all design creation to meet the city's needs. <br /> <br />Edwin is the mastermind behind all major displays MCL produces including the Olas sand-snowman,  <br />Sunny Isle Beach's sandcastle display, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's 15 foot guitar and many others. His  <br />passion for holiday projects and seeing his creations come to life, often lead him to the installation sites  <br />with the teams watching his creations take form.  Edwin dwells on every detail during design and  <br />manufacturing ensuring the installation is smooth and safe resulting in beautiful iconic displays.  <br /> <br /> Company Position:  Design Director <br /> Areas of responsibility: Design, fabrication, engineering, production, viral social media content, <br /> photography <br /> Years of experience: 16 <br /> <br /> Maintenance Manager: Amik Ramallo <br /> <br /> Job Description: <br />Amik Ramallo   is the Maintenance Manager for the city of Sunny Isles Beach's holiday project. Amik has <br /> the operational know how to ensure displays are installed correctly to reliably function the length of the <br /> season. He has proven leadership in organizing field and heavy equipment technicians to maximize their <br />  efficiencies, completing projects ahead of schedule. <br /> <br />Amik   has personally worked on and supervised dozen's of MCL major decor projects including 600 <br /> Brickell World Center, Fort Lauderdale Beach, town of Surfside and Miami International Airport. Amik is a <br /> leader by nature and takes the initiative to ensure his projects are completed on time and with quality <br /> workmanship. Once the project is completed, Amik schedules the nightly service to inspect the display <br /> and creates client reports to ensure thorough and complete communication. <br /> <br /> As the Maintenance Manager for Sunny Isles Beach, Amik will be onsite with the field team ensuring <br /> installation is done correctly. Amik will complete maintenance plans and present to the city no later than <br /> October 1st of each year. These plans will be shared with the city detailing how and when MCL will be <br /> maintaining the project. Once the project is live, Amik will coordinate the maintenance with our <br /> technicians, reviewing reports nightly and submitting them to our internal systems for storage. In the <br />South Florida Lighting Team, LLC DBA Miami Christmas Lights.
