STAFFING Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of subcontractors, that will be assigned to this Project as well as experience and qualifications. The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the contract can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include:  The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract  Their function in the company.  The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. 4. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation o Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks o Marketing and Promotional Plan o Organizational ability to complete Project, and ability to meet desired timelines and deadlines o Methodology for providing, training, and supervising personnel for the Experiential Activation (including a quality assurance plan). o Site Plan showing all components of Experiential Activation in the park, including considerations for safety and accessibility. • Shop drawings for all equipment and materials to be fabricated and installed at site, as part of the Activation. • Literature and Drawings, including dimensions, weights, required electrical wiring and control diagrams for all components of Activation. • Recommendations, procedures and requirements for the coordination with the work of other trades on the Projects, completed wiring, piping and control diagrams covering field installation. 5. COST PROPOSAL – Include on Attachment A • Total cost for completion of the entire Project (including design, installation, management, breakdown, labor and equipment). o Payment Terms – payment schedule per Project phases • Estimated utility costs (water, electric) for both initial and ongoing, for the Project (although these costs will be covered by the City, it is necessary to include this estimate for evaluation). • Fee structure for all activities for anyone attending/participating in the Activation (include any proposed discounts, and explanation for each). • Revenue projections (including all applicable areas such as admission fees, vendor fees, sponsorship revenues, etc) and anticipated revenue share to City.
