STAFFING <br />Relevant experience and qualifications of key personnel, including key personnel of <br />subcontractors, that will be assigned to this Project as well as experience and qualifications. <br />The size and experience of the company staff pool from which staff assigned to the contract <br />can be drawn. The composition of the staff team should include: <br /> <br /> The names of the employees in the area responsible for this contract <br /> Their function in the company. <br /> The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work. <br /> <br />4. APPROACH / METHODOLOGY <br />Proposer’s approach methodology to providing the services requested in this solicitation <br /> <br />o Suitability of the methodologies and approaches used in achieving tasks <br />o Marketing and Promotional Plan <br />o Organizational ability to complete Project, and ability to meet desired timelines <br />and deadlines <br />o Methodology for providing, training, and supervising personnel for the <br />Experiential Activation (including a quality assurance plan). <br />o Site Plan showing all components of Experiential Activation in the park, including <br />considerations for safety and accessibility. <br />• Shop drawings for all equipment and materials to be fabricated and <br />installed at site, as part of the Activation. <br />• Literature and Drawings, including dimensions, weights, required <br />electrical wiring and control diagrams for all components of Activation. <br />• Recommendations, procedures and requirements for the coordination <br />with the work of other trades on the Projects, completed wiring, piping <br />and control diagrams covering field installation. <br /> <br />5. COST PROPOSAL – Include on Attachment A <br /> <br />• Total cost for completion of the entire Project (including design, installation, <br />management, breakdown, labor and equipment). <br />o Payment Terms – payment schedule per Project phases <br />• Estimated utility costs (water, electric) for both initial and ongoing, for the Project <br />(although these costs will be covered by the City, it is necessary to include this estimate <br />for evaluation). <br />• Fee structure for all activities for anyone attending/participating in the Activation (include <br />any proposed discounts, and explanation for each). <br />• Revenue projections (including all applicable areas such as admission fees, vendor fees, <br />sponsorship revenues, etc) and anticipated revenue share to City. <br />
