equip it properly to operate a restaurant; 2) relevant experience and <br />qualifications and past performance; 3) relevant experience and qualifications of <br />key personnel; 4) proposer's approach and methodology to provide the services; <br />and 5) the proposed solution functionality, implementation, and other objectives. <br />The above review criteria were considered in this evaluation process, including <br />proposed rent, conceptual design, financial viability of proposers, and <br />foodservice /parking operations. Based on these factors as presented in the <br />proposals, I have ranked the proposers as follows: <br />1. Passion Restaurant Group - "Fly Me To The Moon "; and <br />2. YES Hospitality Group - "The Hurricane Club ". <br />Pursuant to Section 4.4 of RFP No. 14- 02 -02, the City is authorized to begin <br />negotiating with Passion Restaurant Group - "Fly Me To The Moon ", and if the <br />City and said proposer cannot reach agreement on a contract, the City reserves <br />the right to terminate negotiations with Passion Restaurant Group and begin <br />negotiating with YES Hospitality Group - "The Hurricane Club ", until a contract <br />acceptable to the City has been executed and approved by the City Commission. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />It is important to note that all financial information submitted by the proposers is <br />exempt from public records disclosure.
