This project is an expansion to an existing warehouse along the perimeter of Miami <br />International Airport. The project includes build outs of regular warehouse space, refrigerated warehouse space, an office <br />space, and a maintenance space, as well as renovations to the existing facility. <br />The Hypower team has worked collaboratively and relentlessly since the start of this project to help drive the <br />schedule. Raul, as the Senior Superintendent, has especially worked to not just meet, but beat the electrical schedule <br />milestones set forth on the project while also helping to push other trades to hit their milestones. The Hypower team has <br />worked proactively to get into areas ahead of time and worked closely with other trade partners to make sure installations <br />are properly coordinated. <br />I have been impressed with the level of sophistication Hypower has shown on this project. From their use of <br />technology, daily production tracking, and extensive prefabrication, Hypower has shown they are a first-class electrical <br />contractor. <br />I would highly recommend Hypower, specifically the team of Rui Reis and Raul Gonzalez, as the electrical <br />contractor for any project they may be considered for.
