F O N T A I N E B L E A U <br />D E V E L O P M ENT <br />September 24, 2020 <br />Hypower was the turnkey electrical and fire-alarm subcontractor for the renovation of the iconic 300- <br />acre luxury Turnberry Isle Resort, completed in 2019. <br />The resort expansions included a new 16-story Orchid Tower comprised of 325 guestrooms, which <br />doubled the resort's occupancy and additional 140,000-square feet of meeting space. Another major <br />expansion to the resort was a world-class waterpork with all the latest slides and rides, pools, 25 <br />luxury cabanas, and distinct dining options, offering guests unforgettable life-time experiences. This <br />project also included a renovated hotel, hotel entrance, pro-shop, and upgrades to the front driveway, <br />main lobby, existing garage, and other key thoroughfares and resort facilities. <br />Hypower implemented its industry-leading technology resources, including BIM modeling, Trimble <br />layout, and Prefab assemblies, which significantly contributed to the safe and timely execution of an <br />electrical systems. Throughout the overall renovation, many areas were being built and operated as <br />individual projects simultaneously. Hypower did an excellent job providing the Supervision and <br />manpower needed to keep up on all areas of the resort. Hypower's leadership and professionalism <br />allowed Turnberry to complete the resort renovation on time and within budget. <br />Upon completion, Hypower stepped in with their Service Group and I was impressed by their service <br />techs' professionalism- they tackled my team's requests with ease every time. I have worked with <br />many electrical service departments, and Hypower is second to none.
