Ferreira will also utilize top quality materials on the project purchased from <br />reputable vendors with whom we have repeatedly partnered on other projects. <br />We have included three tables in our Proposal that will provide the City a snap picture of our past experience, our FPL <br />projects and our projects at hand. All these projects have provided Ferreira an unmatched resume of relevant <br />experience that include the installation of underground utilities of all types that required the coordination with <br />numerous utility owners, that involved detailed planning and accelerated construction in highly urban areas in Miami - <br />Dade, and that provide our personnel the know-how required to build this Project. <br />Timely Completion. Ferreira understands what it takes to complete a project within specific timeframes required by our <br />clients. We have never been issued liquidated damages on any of our projects, a testament to the level of planning and <br />execution of our project personnel. With the City's project goals in mind, we will develop a CPM schedule with project <br />milestones that will be monitored weekly by our project management team and that will be updated as required by the <br />contract documents. Ferreira will work with the City as needed to adjust, amend, or implement any milestones to <br />complete the project ahead of time. In addition, we utilize two-week-look-aheads that are developed weekly by our <br />project manager and superintendent in order to coordinate the work and inform all project stake holders of the ongoing <br />progress of the work. <br />
