(OCI) is pleased to present our qualifications for your consideration as a sub-consultant to CPZ Architects for this <br />contract. We are a 34 year-old, full-service engineering design firm, providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT/ <br />AV systems engineering design, commissioning, and construction administration services. OCI is headquartered in the Orlando area <br />with 10 branch offices throughout the United States. Our Principal and Electrical Engineer of Record, Sudharma Wijegunawardana, <br />PE, LEED AP, LC will be your primary point of contact for all MEP/FP/IT/AV engineering for this contract. <br />OCI has been providing assessments and building condition studies to more than 73 different public sector clients for over 20 years <br />including cities, counties, school districts and higher education instuitions.
