(OCI) is pleased to present our qualifications for your consideration as a sub-consultant to CPZ Architects for this contract. We are a 34 year-old, full-service engineering design firm, providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, IT/ AV systems engineering design, commissioning, and construction administration services. OCI is headquartered in the Orlando area with 10 branch offices throughout the United States. Our Principal and Electrical Engineer of Record, Sudharma Wijegunawardana, PE, LEED AP, LC will be your primary point of contact for all MEP/FP/IT/AV engineering for this contract. OCI has been providing assessments and building condition studies to more than 73 different public sector clients for over 20 years including cities, counties, school districts and higher education instuitions.
