SIMLAR PROJECTS OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS | partial list <br />Village of Palm Springs Police Building <br />Architectural Programming and Building Conditions Assessment Report, Lake Worth, Florida <br />Client Contact: Village of Palm Springs | Sebastian Velazquez Feliu, Project Manager | 561.655.2423 <br />Contract Date: 2021 Present Status: Ongoing <br />Scope or Nature of the Contract: OCI Associates was selected as a sub-consultant to an Architectural firm to provide a Due <br />Diligence Report and Building Conditions Assessment of an existing Police Station building located in Lake Worth. Our team <br />members were required to provide a site visit and evaluate the following building systems; Mechanical Systems, Electrical <br />Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Low Voltage Systems. After the evaluation, our team provided a report <br />of findings such as the general condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall serviceability and longevity as well as our <br />recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the systems and a probable cost estimate. <br />St. Lucie County <br />Port St. Lucie Library Architectural Programming and Building Conditions Assessment Report, Port St. Lucie, Florida <br />Client Contact: St. Lucie County | Scotty Beaulieu, Project Manager | 772.462.1432 <br />Contract Date: 2021 Present Status: Ongoing <br />Scope or Nature of the Contract: OCI Associates was selected as a sub-consultant to an Architectural firm to provide a <br />Due Diligence Report and Building Conditions Assessment of an existing 6,000 -square-foot library to determine whether <br />to expand the facility or build a new one. Our team members provided a site visit to the library and evaluate the following <br />systems; Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Low Voltage Systems. After <br />the evaluation, our team provided a report of our findings such as the general condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall <br />serviceability and longevity as well as our recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the systems <br />and a probable cost estimate. The report determined that the telecommunication cabling has been run as needed over <br />the years but is inadequate for current needs. Our team members <br />were required to provide a site visit to the building and evaluate the following systems; Mechanical Systems, Electrical Systems, <br />Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Low Voltage Systems. After the evaluation, our team provided <br />a report of findings such as the general condition, MEP engineer’s opinion of overall serviceability and longevity as well as our <br />recommendation for remedial repair or a completed replacement of the systems and a probable cost estimate.
