COM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Experience with Security CPZ Architects, Inc. has a great deal of experience with security including video surveillance, electronic door controls, and access card door control. We have had a continuing services contract with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, the Doral Branch for over 10 years in which we have done over 30 projects. We also have continuing service contracts with the Town of Davie and the City of Coral Springs where we have designed and renovated police stations, including the assessment of the City of Delray’s Police Station and fire stations. Video Surveillance We have installed video surveillance in the lobby of the Federal Reserve Bank and throughout the 20 acre area of the Doral Glades Park. Electronic Door Control The Federal Reserve Bank and all the Police and Fire Stations that we have done in the Town of Davie, City of Coconut Creek and the City of Coral Springs had to have secured door controls. We also had to provide this for the City of Doral Glades Park. Our SF330 form under projects will show this information. Access Card Door Control Besides the Federal Reserve Bank and the police stations, all the Fire Stations that we did in the Town of Davie FS#86, City of Coral Springs FS#80, 43, 95, City of Coconut Creek FS#50, City of West Palm Beach FS#4, City of Fort Lauderdale FS#8 had to have the access card door control. We also included this security at the Miami Gardens Community Center, Doral Glades Park and the Senior Center in Sunrise. Blast Study Our office was involved in the construction of a new remote lobby entrance to the Federal Reserve Bank after a blast study was performed to determine the possible threat level at the entry point.
