The building includes a lobby, community room with <br />occupancy for 100 people, office space, break-room, locker room and restrooms as well as a training room for the officers. <br />The site houses a secured vehicle impound area. The building is designed to resist a category 5 hurricane and received <br />LEED Gold Certification. Public access to the building is completely segregated from police functions and the plan is <br />configured to allow for public access to the community room and public restrooms without affecting police operations. <br />25.
