<br />For the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Corradino has seven
<br />planners and four engineers available. In this section,
<br />a brief profile of each is provided. SF330 resumes are
<br />included in page 24. It’s understood that the City will
<br />retain the right-of-approval of all persons performing
<br />under the agreement.

<br /> ►Corradino Staff Biographies
<br />Joseph M. Corradino, AICP, is President of
<br />The Corradino Group, Inc. and heads the
<br />company’s land use and transportation
<br />planning operations. Mr. Corradino will
<br />serve as our Project Manager and will
<br />always be available to direct assignments,
<br />do presentations or complete analyses needed by the
<br />City. Over his 25-year career, he has been an advocate of
<br />planning transportation and land use in concert with one
<br />another. In doing so, he has focused on working with local
<br />governments to create and improve their comprehensive
<br />plans, zoning codes and transportation master plans.
<br />He has performed these services for a large number of
<br />cities in our region and has developed a unique credibility
<br />within the individual communities from the very local
<br />perspective. He has served as the planning director for
<br />Islamorada, Homestead, Cutler Bay, Key Biscayne, and
<br />South Miami. He has won six awards from the American
<br />Planning Association. He previously served as Chairman
<br />of the Village of Pinecrest Planning Board, and, for eight
<br />years as a Village Council member. Joe is in his second
<br />term as Mayor of Pinecrest. He is also on the board of
<br />directors of the South Florida Regional Planning Council,
<br />on the Miami-Dade County Board of Rules and Appeals,
<br />and is the President of the Miami-Dade County League
<br />of Cities. He has served on the Miami-Dade County MPO,
<br />Citizens Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) and
<br />the Development Permitting Advisory Committee (DPAC).
<br />He was the Chairman of the Gold Coast Chapter of the
<br />American Planning.
<br />Kathryn Lyon, AICP, CFM, has 20 years of
<br />zoning, land-use and development planning
<br />experience in Miami-Dade County, in both
<br />the private and public sectors. Kathryn
<br />provides invaluable expertise to navigate
<br />the land development process, from site
<br />evaluation and due diligence, through project completion.
<br />As a Planner (AICP), GIS Analyst, Zoning Coordinator,
<br />Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), Project Manager,
<br />and Realtor, Kathryn offers government, commercial and
<br />residential property owners, and developers a full range of
<br />services from planning to completion.
<br />Scarlet Hammons, AICP CTP, specializes in
<br />preparing comprehensive plans, zoning,
<br />and all aspects of the site planning process.
<br />She has AICP Advanced Certification in
<br />Transportation Planning. Her experience
<br />also includes preparing zoning regulations,
<br />drafting ordinances, and assisting with transportation
