<br />master plans. She has managed numerous planning
<br />projects for Corradino’s municipal and agency clients.
<br />She served for three years in the Florida Department of
<br />Transportation, District 6 Planning Division where she was
<br />the in-house growth management analyst.
<br />Edward Ng, AICP, is the Technical Vice
<br />President for Corradino’s Planning
<br />Division, with experience in transportation,
<br />economic development, transit-oriented
<br />development, and land use planning.
<br />His work involves demographic analyses,
<br />preparation of and updates to comprehensive plans,
<br />grant writing, land use code revisions, geospatial planning
<br />analyses, GIS mapping, public outreach, and analyses
<br />of traffic facilities and operational data. He specializes
<br />in interdisciplinary aspects of planning, including
<br />transit-oriented development and Complete Streets.
<br />His recent projects involve land use, transportation,
<br />and comprehensive planning services with the Miami-
<br />Dade Transportation Planning Organization and the
<br />municipalities of Doral, Cutler Bay, Key Biscayne, North
<br />Miami, North Miami Beach, Hallandale Beach, and
<br />others. Ed is the immediate past Chair of the American
<br />Planning Association, Gold Coast Section, and teaches
<br />the AICP exam preparation course for planners in Miami-
<br />Dade, Monroe, and Collier Counties. Ed recently served as
<br />the Interim Planning and Zoning Manager for the City of
<br />North Miami Beach.
<br />Michelle Lopez, MBA, specializes in the
<br />analyses of land use issues related to
<br />comprehensive plans and long-range
<br />planning, land development regulations,
<br />real estate development, site planning
<br />and entitlement reviews. Her experience
<br />also includes: developing and managing project teams;
<br />preparing zoning regulations; drafting ordinances;
<br />preparing studies for eminent domain; drafting technical
<br />staff memos and presenting recommendations; assisting
<br />with transportation master plans; and, providing code
<br />interpretations for municipal clients.
<br />Kimberly Barua, AICP, has over 5 years
<br />of experience in South Florida. She
<br />coordinated the Hollywood Community
<br />Redevelopment Agency with other
<br />city departments to enhance both CRA
<br />districts. She managed all aspects of
<br />the CRA community trolley, including state and county
<br />grants, marketing, technical enhancements, and ridership
<br />outreach.
<br />Eric Czerniejewski, PE, ENV SP, has 24
<br />years of experience in transportation
<br />engineering design, traffic engineering and
<br />transportation planning. His experience
<br />includes preparing traffic studies, including
<br />corridor studies, traffic impact analyses,
<br />mobility studies and parking utilization and reduction
<br />projects. He specializes in: signalization design; roadway
<br />design/permitting of select transportation infrastructure
<br />projects; planning and developing civil engineering design
<br />documents; and, coordinating construction engineering
<br />and inspection. Some of his relevant municipal traffic
<br />engineering experience includes serving as City Traffic
<br />Engineer for the City of Weston and City of Pembroke Pines,
<br />and acting as Traffic Engineer for the Town of Surfside. He
<br />was a team member on the Miami Dade TPO SMART Plan
<br />General Planning Consultant Contract, including the South
<br />Dade Transitway Study from Pinecrest to Florida City. He
<br />served as the Transportation Manager for the City of Fort
<br />Lauderdale. Lastly, his experience includes traffic analysis in
<br />Complete Streets corridors, most recently for Las Olas Blvd.
<br />Vanessa Spatafora, PE has 11 years
<br />of engineering experience. She has
<br />performed all facets of roadway design
<br />and has extensive experience with Florida
<br />Department of Transportation (FDOT)
<br />procedures, including plans production,
<br />preparation of specifications, maintenance of traffic, and
<br />cost estimating. In addition, Vanessa has considerable
<br />highway, intelligent transportation system, crash data
<br />analysis and safety evaluation experience.
<br />Gerald Bolden, PE, PTOE has 25 years
<br />of experience in traffic engineering,
<br />transportation planning and geometric
<br />design. His specific experience includes:
<br />traffic signal design, operations and timing,
<br />Intelligent Transportation System (ITS)
<br />planning and design; geometric design; capacity analysis and
<br />modeling; corridor studies; roadway safety audits; interchange
<br />studies; traffic impact analysis; parking facility layout; work
<br />zone traffic control planning; and, project cost estimating.
<br />Gorky Charpentier, PE, CGC has more
<br />than 30 years of experience in design
<br />and management of transportation and
<br />municipal projects during design and
<br />construction stages. His Florida Department
<br />of Transportation (FDOT) and Municipal
<br />experience includes the management of groups and teams
<br />for technical execution of complex roadway projects.
