Developed a detailed feasible plan for a demonstration project to provide electric, shared vehicles to complete the “last <br />mile” for MetroRail stations, with the dual purposes to introduce electric vehicles (EV) to increase their market penetration and increase <br />transit usage. Additionally, performed a preliminary feasibility analysis to utilize battery-electric buses along the Busway. Work included <br />extensive quantitative market analysis, EV transit infrastructure planning, and national benchmarking of car sharing programs. <br />
