She was responsible for the <br />site layout including ADA accessibility as well as water, sewer, and stormwater layout of the site. The stormwater management system <br />was composed of 15-foot deep exfiltration trench. The site required Zoning approval for a signage variance and platting through Miami- <br />Dade County. The permits required for this site were through Miami-Dade County Public Works Department, Miami-Dade County Water <br />and Sewer Department (WASD), and Miami-Dade County Building Department. <br />01/2015-12/2017 <br />Wawa, inc. <br />Wawa is a well known gas station and convenience store that is known for their fresh bread and made-to-order sandwiches and is <br />making their way down to South Florida. Miss Henderson was the Project Manager for the Wawa program where she was involved from <br />the early conceptual phases of the projects through project completion. More specifically, her tasks involved due diligence for possible <br />new sites, preparation of various site layouts that conformed to both Wawa and the governing agencies criteria, conveying to the Wawa <br />the feasibility of the project, generating proposals based on the site’s requirements and necessary permitting efforts, coordinating <br />meetings with Wawa and the Developer(s) involved, preparing water, sewer, and stormwater civil design plans, calculations, and reports <br />for the projects, obtaining all required civil permits, assisting on building permitting efforts, and providing construction observation and <br />certification services. Provided construction administration services and certified the project. <br />2013 - 2017 <br />City of Lauderhill, Florida <br />Lauderhill, Florida <br />Miss Henderson was the liaison between the Landscape Team and the City of Lauderhill in order to meet the City’s criteria and timeframe <br />for the beautification improvements for Ilene Lieberman Botanical Park and 17th Street Park. The projects consisted of using recyclable <br />materials for the improvements and providing a walking path, benches, and restoration of the existing landscape materials to provide a <br />more appealing environment for the community. <br />Sewer Pump Station No. 1 Drainage improvements <br />Bal Harbour Village, Florida <br />Miss Henderson was responsible for issuing the bid on behalf of the Village, which included preparation of technical specifications and <br />bid documents, submission of the bid to multiple vendors preparation of the probable construction cost estimate for a comparison to the <br />bid amounts received, responding to technical questions from prospective bidders, preparation and issuance of associated addendum, <br />and providing a recommendation of the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to the Village. <br />2017 <br />44
