In April 2018, the Village of Tequesta Council adopted the fully updated EAR-based Comprehensive Plan. <br />NZC revised and updated each element to be in compliance with Florida Statutes and provide a sustainable <br />community. The State of Florida (Department of Economic Opportunity) found the subject plan in <br />compliance with Florida Statutes. The Comprehensive Plan addressed Senate Bill 1040 Peril of Flood that <br />applies to Coastal Communities. <br /> Project Highlights <br /> NZ Consultants, Inc.
