Collected traffic data at 19 intersections and 3 volume count stations. <br />Developed existing scenario, used Synchro and future no build condition by applying growth factor and analyzing three <br />committed developments. Forecasted future build out condition (lane elimination) trips using SERPM 7.0 regional model <br />and considering FHWA recommendations.
