behalf of Vigilant or the acts or omissions of Vigilant in connection <br />with such operation. <br />(b) Workers' Compensation insurance to apply for all employees in compliance <br />with the Workers Compensation Law of the State of Florida and all applicable <br />federal laws. <br />(c) Business: Automobile Liability Insurance with minimum limits of One <br />Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence combined single limit for Bodily <br />lrgury Liability and Property Damage Liability. Coverage must be afforded on a <br />fbtm no more restrictive than the latest edition ofthe $usiness Automobile Liability <br />Policy, without restrictive endorsements, as filed by the Insurance Services Office <br />and must include: <br />• Owned vehicles. <br />• Hired and non -owned vehicles. <br />• Employers' non-ownm)rip, <br />Such policies of insurance shall not diminish Vigilant's indemnification obligations hereunder. <br />The insutance policies shall be issued by such company, in such forms and with such limas of <br />liability and deductibles as arc acceptable to Affiliate and shall be endorsed to be primary over any <br />insurance, which Affilatc may maintain. Before any work under this Agreement is performed, <br />and at any tine upon request, Vigilant shall furnish to Affiliate certificates of insurance evidencing <br />the minimum required coverage end appropriately endorsed for contractual liability with Affiliate <br />named es an additional insured. All policies shall contain a waiver of oibrogation endorsement. <br />All policies and certificates shall be in forms and issued by insurance companies acceptable to <br />Affiliate. All insurance policies and aertifieates of insurance shall provide that the policies may <br />not be canceled or altered without thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to Affiliate. <br />XVI. Public Records. <br />Vigilant shall be required to comply with the following requirements under Florida's Public <br />Records Law: <br />i. Vigilant shall keep and maintain public records required by the City to perform the <br />services described herein, <br />ii.
