Addendum #1 Le Maisonneuve condominium has have 2 walls for our signage in painting and spot light since the construction in 1994, we rely on the 2 walls for visitors and delivering on how easy to locate us, so having 1 wall with signage would not be ecstatically nice, for this reason we are requesting both walls done, we believe that the public would actually give a positive attitude knowing that both walls are done, but having 1 wall would give them a negative outlook knowing that we have 2 walls we probably would be known as cheap, but would not be the reason because our intention is to improve our look and keep our property attractive. Addendum #2 Le Maisonneuve Condominium home number is 17700 and because of our address number which is not visible from the street because it's up by our overhang at the entrance many delivery and visitors can't find us due to 17720 is south of us in which it should actually be north of us, also our number are not visible from the street unless you would literally stop and look in which create traffic congestion so having the signage especially at night with the led lighting would make it much easier to read. Putting regular spot light in this area is an issue because this area is frequently flooded when we have strong rain and cause electrical problem. Addendum #3 The condominium association recommended the owner that when receiving delivery or having guests come over by giving them not only the address but especially the name Le Maisonneuve it is much easier to find us especially when coming from the north on North Bay Road and if our signage would be on the north wall they would actually pass us especially when our number are not visible from North Bay Road, but if on the south wall they would see our signage during the day and night because of our led lights and the same would happen coming from the south on north bay road if we would put our signage on the south wall only they would pass us so by having the signage on both walls it would make easier and also ecstatically look beautiful and much safer for anyone coming by not making sudden stop if they would happen to see our condominium number. As you know that le Maisonneuve condominiums has presently restored the building prior to 40 years inspection in order to keep the building well maintained and energy efficiency by changing our lighting to led and beautifying the area by upgrading our colors to make it more attractive so we ask that by allowing us to have our 2 walls signage would be a great improvement driving on north bay road north or south again thank for your time and concern over this variance We thank you for taking the time and concern over this matter and also appreciate your help and if you need more information please let us know Sent from my iPhone RECEIVED NOV 2 2..2021 PLANNING & ZONING DEPT.
