APPROACH / METHODOLOGY <br />Proposed plan shall be in a format of a scope of work that can be incorporated into the <br />Services Agreement at the City’s option: <br />• Hours of operation- By Appointment. 10AM – 6PM Weekdays, Select Weekends based on Availability. <br />Events take precedence. <br />Online inquiries responded to IMMEDIATELY. <br />Gateway Website Gateway Center - City of Sunny Isles Beach (sibfl.net) STYLE to link to an Online Event <br />Rental inquiry form mapped directly to STYLE Catering’s customized Dubsado CRM System to: <br /> 1) Capture inquiry. Gateway Center inquiries emailed directly to specialevents@sibfl.net should be <br />forwarded to STYLE Catering for manual entry into the Customized Dubsado automated workflow. <br /> <br /> 2)Provide immediate preliminary rental information <br />3) Send event questionnaire to be completed by potential client <br />4) STYLE Representative contacts lead and offers sample contract with detailed rules and regulations. <br />5) Once client is qualified, an in-person tour is conducted of the facility. <br />6) Scheduling conflicts are cleared and Clients are offered a time sensitive Courtesy hold once a contract <br />is issued. <br />7) Signed agreement and 50% Deposit are required to confirm the date. Balance due 60 days before <br />event date. All vendor COI’s and security deposit due 14 days before event date. <br />8) All Rental Revenue and security deposits paid directly to Gateway Park. <br />9) STYLE to track bookings and revenue via proprietary Dubsado Software. New Bookings are updated <br />on a shared calendar of events with the city and communicated to SIB weekly. <br />10) Meeting with the city designee monthly to ensure all key information is communicated and any <br />issues/ concerns are addressed. <br />o STYLE trained Event Management staff onsite for Event Plus pre-determined Load in, Event and Load <br />out Hours. (Additional time can be added to the rental agreement) <br />Suggest including in rental: up to 5 hours Pre-Event setup time, up to 6 Hour Event time, plus 1 Hour <br />Breakdown time (extended to 2 hours breakdown if needed). Total of 12 hours + 1 Complimentary <br />Bonus breakdown hour if needed. <br />o Load and unloading of equipment, materials, and supplies
